Important Information

  • The prices apply to the season/period listed on the website.

  • The prices include the services listed. Not included are the local tax (€ 3.20 per person per day for guests aged 15 and older) and the infrastructure fee (€ 4.23 per person per day for guests aged 15 and older).

  • The minimum stay is 2 nights (exception: during the main season at Christmas/New Year and in February, the minimum stay is 1 week).

  • A deposit of 30% of the travel price must be paid within 10 days of booking (account details will be provided with the booking confirmation).

  • Pets are welcome: Cost: € 15 per pet/night (Please note that pets are only allowed in two ground-floor apartments. This ensures that allergy sufferers can also find 100% pet-hair-free apartments).

  • Arrival and Departure: Apartments are available from 4:00 PM. On the day of departure, your apartment is available until 11:00 AM. The SUNNSAIT Spa can be used free of charge until the evening on the day of departure.

  • Payment: We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as EC/Maestro cards.

Cancellation Policy

  • The right of withdrawal according to § 18 para. 1 item 10 FAGG does not apply. Instead, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions of the Professional Association of Accommodation Establishments from 15.11.2006 apply to all bookings/reservations.
  • If you are unable to start your holiday and we can rebook the apartment in time, no cancellation fees will apply. If this is not possible, the following cancellation conditions apply: Cancellation up to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price, Cancellation up to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price, Cancellation in the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price, Cancellation on the day of arrival: 100% of the total price.
  • A travel cancellation insurance protects you from cancellation fees.
